  • Application Deadline:
    14th, January (Fri), 2022
  • Cancellation:
    All cancellations must be made in writing.
    *If the booths cancelled after 26th February, 2022: 50%
    *If the booths cancelled after the exhibition layout is fixed: 100%
  • Other information:
    *Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
    *Details of Exhibition, Floor Map and Invoice will be sent at the end of March 2022.
    *Please remit the invoice amount before the due date. (Please burden for bank transfer fee at your expense.)
    *The electricity fee will be charged from the Secretariat of Exhibition after the end of the exhibition.

  • Payment
    *Please remit the invoice amount before the due date. (Please burden for bank transfer fee at your expense.)
    *The electricity fee will be charged from the Secretariat of the 69th Annual Meeting of the Japanese society of anesthesiologist.
  • About script submission
    We will inform you the detail after your application.
    Please submit the script for advertisement by 17th February 2022
  • Cancellation
    • There is a possibility to postpone or cancel the event because of a natural disaster or Force Majeure. We don't compensate you for the damages.
    • When it's canceled by us, we might charge you 10%～50％ handling fee depend on the date that is decided.
    • Your application is still available even if it's changed the date of event.
      You are not able to cancel(refund) the application.
    • We cannot accept your cancel request(refund) for any other reason after application.
